This mechanical watch was inspired by the quiet confidence of classic business watches from the late 1970s — the kind worn daily, not locked inside display boxes.
The design team wanted to create a watch that felt mature from the first glance: a balanced 36mm stainless steel case, a clean dial without unnecessary distractions, and the smooth rhythm of the Japan Miyota 8215 automatic movement quietly working beneath sapphire crystal glass.
During development, one prototype was worn continuously for over four months by a product engineer traveling between Shenzhen, Dubai, and Milan. The watch collected scratches on luggage handles, desk corners, and airport seats — but the sapphire crystal remained clear.
That became the direction of the entire project:
